At EJH Distribution, we specialize in providing some of the world’s most innovative hospitality structures, and sometimes we get to be part of projects that are truly visionary.

One such project is Baya, a first-of-its-kind tropical landscape resort set on 25 acres of exotic fruit farmland, just 45 minutes south of Miami. The vision behind Baya is to redefine the way people experience travel, blending wellness, agritourism, and thoughtful design into an immersive experience unlike anything currently available in the U.S.

When project founder Steve Turk first envisioned Baya, it began as a glamping concept. Today, it’s evolved into a fully integrated tropical hospitality destination.

As part of the expert team behind Baya, EJH Distribution is proud to be providing key modular design expertise and creative hospitality structures that will help make this vision a reality.

A Vision of Nature-Integrated Hospitality

At Baya, guests will stay in beautifully crafted Bali-inspired villas nestled among longan, banana, and papaya trees. The property will feature:

Private grottos with crystal-clear waters
A wellness center with sauna, gym, spa deck, and café
A working fruit farm where guests can pick and taste exotic produce
Outdoor gathering spaces designed to foster connection and reflection
This is not simply nature-inspired hospitality, it is a fully nature-integrated experience.

Our Role in Bringing the Vision to Life

Our team at EJH Distribution was brought into the project by co-founder Ben Wolff and founder Steve Turk at a pivotal moment. After zoning approvals were secured and the team aligned on the creative direction, we partnered to design and supply modular structures that would support Baya’s vision of seamless indoor/outdoor living.

With our deep experience in modular construction for hospitality and creative structures across North America, we’re helping ensure that Baya’s guest accommodations and key amenity structures not only meet high design standards but also offer operational efficiency and durability in a tropical environment.

Collaborating With an Incredible Team

The Baya team is composed of some of the best minds in the industry, and we’re honored to be among them:

Looking Ahead

Baya is projected to open in December 2026, with 20 luxury units and a projected development cost of $14 million. Nightly rates are expected to range from $600 to $800, with strong demand anticipated thanks to South Florida’s thriving tourism market and the uniqueness of the Baya concept.

At EJH Distribution, we’re excited not only to contribute to this flagship property but also to support Baya as a repeatable concept that can expand to other regions in the years ahead.

A Project That Aligns With Our Mission

At EJH Distribution, we believe in working on projects that push boundaries and deliver extraordinary guest experiences. Baya is a perfect example of what can happen when visionary hospitality meets innovative modular design and world-class execution.

We can’t wait to see guests experience Baya for themselves—and we’re proud to play a part in making it all possible.
